IMAX have a very poor reputation, as does the AFAW stuff. Lots of tales of leaking seams and broken zips.

You won't though hear a bad word said about any of the Sundridge suits. I've got the ENTEC 2 and it is a brilliant piece of kit - warm, totally waterproof and enough freedom of movement to get a good pendulum cast away. They also do the Crosflow Pro which is more expensive but lighter and breathable, and the SAS MK 6 which is cheaper and heavier.

The Fladens also have a good very reputation. Make sure you get a two piece, it is handy to be able to take the jacket off for long walks or when you are getting warm, or to wear the trousers on their own when it is not too cold (like I did last night).

Ken i have had a couple of Sundridge suits. Mk4 and 5. They are good with hand warmer pockets in the chest. Problem with me is i tend to wear the bottoms out quicker than the top as i wear the bottoms more often for boat trips etc.
I think the two piece is by far the best as you can take the top off if its warm.
This season i am going to push the boat out and get my wife to but me the top of the range suit from Sundridge. One of the lads had one in Norway last Feb and i was very impressed. It the lightwieght breathable one. Grey in colour. Sundridge also have excellent cheaper ones.
PS My mate has the Fladen two piece in yellow and blue and that looks good.Just has not got hand warmer pockets.
          Mick.

I agree, 2 piece is def the way to go. I have a sundridge as well and can't fault it.

I've had one of the Bison 3 peice suits for two seasons and they are excellent value at £70.Look for the deals they have with them too as I got mine on EBay anf got a pair of Shakespreare thermal boots free with the suit.I bought another suit for my son and got a Butt pad free which I sold on Ebay for £7. A real bargain.
