  • Decent headtorch?

I'm looking for a half decent head torch.

When I say "half decent" I'm not looking to pay much more than £50 as its not going to be used that much but I'm looking for seriously bright, good range, reasonable quality and decent battery life.

    Ideally something of ebay?

    Any recommendations?

    Cheers

    Steve

I've got a cree head torch off eBay. 3000 lumens and it was £14. Rechargeable batteries.... Had it 2.5yrs and its still going strong plus its very bright. I know you can spend more money but for the cash I paid this has been cracking. A quick search on eBay for 'Cree head torch' and away you go. Full charge of the batteries and it will last me a couple of sessions no bother. I tend to recharge it before using it again though so not sure how long they will last untill the batterys fully drain.

Fenix mate. Good lamps, canny prices. Get a cheap cree for a stand-by.
