    There are a few versions of the Goldsie Rig out there but this one is pretty authentic:

        bob I prefer the drop down rig , I don't like casting with the big loop plus you cant go wrong with measure ..everyone to there own though..

          cheers mick copied stewarts recomedation, realized it possible to use smaller loop which I did and had canny day yesterday
          plenty fish though most were small and under size although a had afew size as well, used loop rig and a normal 2 hook clip down on both rods and honours were even, each caught bout same amount of fish, though cart wings seemed the better bait catching the most fish, with bluey coming 2nd with rag, lug, frozen crab not doing very well
