Bit more info for you all
The Cleadon Club is a social club located in Fulwell avenue just off Marsden lane which runs between the Marsden Inn roundabout and Horsley Hill roundabout in South Shields. Members usually arrive at the club around 6pm onwards on a monday night and pay subs to Sless or Bert in the games room, subs are £5 per week which are divided up into superpool, heaviest bag, heaviest fish and fur and feather. Subs then drop to £4 a week after your fur and feather is paid up. Payouts on the night are Heaviest fish and Heaviest bag so if there are 40 anglers fishing its £40 for each.
Members leave the club at 6:30pm and must be back no later than 10.30pm, no fish will be weighed after this time unless your in the queue. There are no boundaries, as long as your within the times stated but as always use your common and stay safe! Size limits are minimum of 30cm with exception of dabs which are 25cm, all other sizes are as NFSA size limits i.e Cod 35cm, coalies 35cm, Bass 41cm etc. No Mackeral.
Hope this helps any more questions feel free to ask.
Cheers for the info Jamie, always been meaning to try to get to fish these but always been working but now keeping my Monday nights free now so I'll be turning up to swell the numbers.
season starts monday 5th september and will run until the first week in march, fishing every monday night with a monthly meeting held on the last thursday of every month in the games room.
