Was on S Shields pier today and I came accross someones rather expensive looking thermos flask, which had obviously been left behind from last night.
I have brought it home with me and rinsed it out. If the owner does want it back and is prepared to travel to Cramlington to collect it; they are more than welcome. PM me with it's description and where it was left.
As for the fishing......nothing to write home about. I fished just past the 44 mark, and was plagued with mainly undersize Whiting and Dabs from low water 'till High tide. However I did pull out a nice Dab of nearly 1lb (on a double shot) which will be consumed tomorrow night. Rest of the fish all went back. No "spotties " today unfortunately.
