    Just wondering if any one could tell me what the fish size limits are for fishing comps.

      Some Clubs that hold open comps also have their own minimum size limits above the legal minimum on some species of fish.

      If you are entering a comp it is better to check the clubs rules first

        Some comps like the Amble open have a booklet including rules ,fish sizes and even a map of fishing marks which you get once registered.
        You can take the lad out of Walker but .......

            direct link but im sure i read somewhere that some areas have there own limits which are larger so as said best to ask first

            musics funky on there as well

            whilst on the subject of size ,anyone know what the record is for shore caught cod ? just in case like

                Brian,I think the North sea has slightly different size limits on some fish than the West,Irish Sea etc
