My guest on this week's CVFM Gone Fishing Radio Show, which goes out live on Saturday from 8 am to 9 am on Home - 104.5 CVFM Radio - Middlesbrough, is one of Britain's top angling journalists and ex-England International, Alan Yates.
My thanks to Peter Thain who came onto the team with reports from the Newbiggin area, but due to pressure of work has had to leave the show.
Taking his place is top North East angler Rob Thirlwell, who will be updating each week on the area from Cambois northwards.
I would also like to pass on my thanks to the rest of the team, Andyt Rutherford (Sea Angling), Don Coe (Reservoir Fishing), Les Weller (for updates on what is happening on the political angling scene), Anne Woodcock (our Salmon and Sea Trout expert), Dave Hall (with all the latest on the Coarse Angling scene in the North East) ... and of course Rob.
