    Hi All, been away from fishing for 10 yr. getting back to it on sat night . gonna have a sesh on blyth pier. cant wait. was wondering whats catching? what bait? etc.

    Plenty of flatties about mate, a few small codling and plenty of healthy colies! Even heard of a few mackerel being taken on bait during the night..... usual stuff will do you fine, ragworm, crab, mackerel strip etc....

      getting 5 bags rag 2 lug, for three of us. gonna spin for mackerel before dark and first light. will use it for bait maybe if needs be. cheers for heads up anyway. will post a report on sun morning.

            Been up the last few weeks, and the pier was too busy for my liking, have a good one though !

                had a good night on sat on blyth pier. was guiet on the fish front except for a tiny codling. 1st light brought mackerel straight in after 1st few casts. good night though enjoyed it. bring on next time.

                  Nice one mate better than a blank, have the constant thought's of fish/fishing kicked in yet lol.

                    ah aye deffo mate, keep thinking when am i next out, where to go, bait to use????? I want a good mark to fish, i drive so im not bothered where. anywhere up the coast?
