  • whats in your rig wallet?

Was thinking about starting to fill my rig wallet for the winter and was wondering what is in your rig wallet and what you find best for general fishing around the north east.

Portsmouth rigs, from size 2 up to 3/0.
Fixed pats, 1/0 up to 6/0.
Up and over rigs, 1/0 up to 6/0.
2 hook flappers, size 4 up to 2/0.
I don,t carry the wallet, just the sleeves from inside 15 rigs in each. Each rig in a resealable bag.
The wallet takes up too much room in my box or bag.
I take whatever size and type i would use for the area i am going to fish.

2 and 3 hook loop rigs for scratching and trying different baits, size 1-3/0
Pulley slider rigs in single hook and pennel, 2/0-4/0
                          Pulley rigs 2/0-4/0
Pulley loop rigs with 1/0 on top and a pennel 2/0-4/0 on bottom
                          2 hook clipped down 1-2/0
1 hook clipped down pennel 2/0-4/0
                          up n over pennels 2/0-4/0

if im pleasure fishing its normally cod or nowt approach

Matches I will obv scratch and will sometimes recce and experiment a few tides before match

i normally choose the pulley slider as 1st choice as seem to get more hook up to knocks than straight pulley rigs plus it nails bait right on sea bed.

loop rigs are No1 for scatching as they cover wider area as well as offering different baits.
