Parking at the side and in the housing estate can result in car being vandalised. It has happened a few times in the past. You can park in the hotel but keep to the back, they do threaten to clamp. There is a car park on the front costs a pound a day at the moment, but closes about 10:30, small walk to walkway.Comment

I think its canny anywhere along the railings. Had fish most places. I try to avoid parking my car in the estate out of respect for the houseowners.Personal best, 12.5lb Tope Scotland. 22/05/2012.Comment

I find the whole place hit and missy for loosing gear. One week nowt, next week 4-5 leads fishing the same spot lol. I think the whole area fishes (as mick said). I tend to move about a bit to try and get as much shelter off the houses from any wind. Lovely accessible mark though.
