Just a word about the rubbish left on the river Aln BY ANGLERS.

Disgraceful.

Will all individuals and clubs fishing here PLEASE take away your beer cans, bottles bait packets and discarded mono.

What can I say Tony, we have just fought hard to retain the Angling and bait collection on the Aln as it will be one of the new Marine Conservation Zones to help with Saltmarsh and the breeding of flounders. Will speak to you later about a litter pick.

how hard can it be to stick your rubbish in your tackle box or a carrier bag and take it home with you or to the nearest bin,i would hate to see the state thier houses!

Lazy, scruffy tw*ts,is not the words i would use ( a lot worse),theres no need for it,i always say if your able to take it there with you your able to carry it back.

it will never stop but when we loose just about everywhere to fish these people will be the 1st to moan [shocking dirty gits!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! such a lovely peacefull place aswell.
