I was looking at a lads post on the drowning worms forum and he recommends salting rag worm when they are dead or nearly dead to preserve them and they work really well as bait! HAS ANYONE TRIED THIS???

i have much the same results as using fresh, plus its much tougher and stays on your hook longer
