Hello all, thinking of giving a beach a go on thursday night with this bit of southerly blow, where in the north east would be worth a go? Any advice appreciated thanks

Go on. Try the beaches. Get you waders on. You know you want to.
On t'other hand if it's tooooo windy you might best stick to the rivers, try near the estuaries over low water, somewhere out of the wind ?

Best place would proberbly be in front of the fire with a coupe of beers and a good dvd wind forecast isn't to good WSW turning S then back to SW upto 50 mph.
