    tried float fishing wen i was up at st abbs njoyed it is there any were decent to float fish close bye cheers live in blyth

      in the summer at beadnelle fishing knackers hole floating close down the side off the left side skeer adjust ya drop use ragworm or fresh crab you can pick up a few different species and also bottom fishing with another rod

            Ah i'll get ya there, might have to drag you on your head but i'll get you there. If not you can sit on the shore and watch, pity to go all that way and not fish! lol

              bigger tides the better for more time on that mark that uncovers but you need to keep an aye on the tide as it floods a wud say 2 hours either side low water on a decent tide or as it floods ya will fish further in

                  try seahouses south breakwater, nice comfortable place to fish. had coalies pollack, wrasse and codling all on the float there. good fishing with the heavy gear aswell

                      caught a few wrass off ST Marys best bait I found was limpet , floated close to the rocks, another spot is at the end of the pipe at low tide, just down from the Rex Hotel a few pollock and mackeral in the summer

                        You could try Whitley pipe in the summer. Use a strip of mackerel for the puddlers and mackerel with the chance of a few other species too.
