    Looking for some info on i rod i've got sure someone out there can help. (keep meaning to ring Terry but never seem to get time during the day)

    Anyone know the casting weight and what blank it's made from??

    i have a conoflex cast and snatch that casts four oz.s i think the flattie fanatic top section is the same rod , just a diff butt . jamcod

      I've owned and used a flattie fantastic, swapped my dud saltist for a second hand one a couple of years ago.

      There not bad little, rods best casting weight I found for it was 3oz's. Handled well sized flounders at customs house with ease, gives you some good sport with them.

      Another thing to, they may look short, but there very, very well made and look awsome in the usual colours that terry does the in...

        Cheers for the reply's lads.

        Heard from Terry that they are made with a Century blank, yes they look very nice in black with gold whippings.

        I was told they would cast up to 4oz so will be great for the river and beaches for a bit of sport.
