Hey Parky Ive fished the beach a few times! Best to park at the alcan power station contractors car park, youll have no trouble there! Just head towards lynmouth and then turn right off the main road into the power station, once under the little train bridge turn left into the car park! To get to the beach, cross back over the road and cut through the little gap in the fence and work your way around the back of the seabait ragworm farm and onto the beach! For the beach itself, any shot is worth a crack, but the most productive for me has been towards the south end!

Thanks for that Chopper i no exactly were you mean as i have been before but only had a few rocklings i did not no the mark very well when you say south as far as the rocks or just past the crossover in the breakers i call it the crossover as the 2 wave patterns seem to come to a point in the middle of the beach. You can only catch what's in front of you

Not a far as the rocks to the south, but that is the fairy rocks and worth a shot itself! Further round is the North Beacons, which is one of my favourite spots around that area! As for the beach I think I know what you mean, Id probably describe it as three quarters of the way down between the pipe at the north end and the rocks at the south! I managed a couple of sessions there when I was back in february (although I caught nothing!) and speaking to some blokes on the beach they all said the southern end had been best for them aswell and they were roughly where I describe and probably what you mention as the crossovers!! Ive also had fish off the pipe itself at the northend but it does not seem like the safest spot with any sea running!!!
