What must you take with you when fishing?

For Me it is a :

1. Rod stand (tripod)
2. Thumb protector
3. Line snips

What would you take if you only had a choice of 3?

At this time of year I always take decent waterproofs, a pair of warm boots and a flask filled with something hot to drink.

Ah ciggies -
I roll my own and they invariably end up with either half the tobacco blown away or soggy and damp and looking like a sorry state ... needless to say I smoke less when fishing.
