A new Angling Radio Show will be coming online this coming Saturday (24th October) between 8 am and 9 am. The show can be heard on Home - 104.5 CVFM Radio - Middlesbrough. This is a live link to the website of CVFM Radio, where you can "Listen Live". There will be 'up to the minute' live reports on sea and freshwater. Live from Amble will be Les Weller, from Lynemouth - Peter Thain, Darren McGlen will cover South Shields and the River Tyne and from Wearside - Sunderland Tackle Dealer, Andy Rutherford. Top North East charter boat Skipper Alan Skinner, will be doing live reports now and then.
For the Game Angler Don Coe and David Carrick will be reporting and for the Coarse Angler, David Hall and also Anne Adlington of Angel Lakes will be reporting.
Anyone on Teesside who is interested in being part of the show, please contact me on 0191-5184561. You don't have to have a "BBC voice" by the way and the positions are purely voluntary, with no payment, as it is a Community Radio Station.
Open Competition, Club Competitions and Club events and news will all be mentioned - as long as we are told about them.
As I have already mentioned, this is a live show, so there might be the odd 'hiccup' for the first couple of weeks.
Presenters will take turns at broadcasting and will not necessarily be the same presenters each week.
When you go onto the CVFM Website you can also read how you can hear the show on your mobile phones and tablets etc.
I hope we have your support lads.
Many thanks
Sam
