Hard lines metalpunk. I know it can hoy canny fish up but personally I just hate the F*****n place. Why? 1. Hard fishing with fast flows and can only fish it without heavy tackle loss at certain times, 2. To many people packed into a small mark leading to inevitable cross lines etc, 3. When I go fishing I like to see a bit of sand, cliffs and so on, there all you see is North Shields fish quay, and lastly I get the feeling of anglers being unwanted in that place.
      Just my opinion like.

Hard lines mate. Couldn't agree more with g.gordon, the walkway looks very user friendly but I've lost loads of gear there. Even with a long cast you can still get dragged and snagged.

You need a decent cast to avoid the snags at the fish quay. TBH I thought they had dredged it and cleaned the bottom closer in. Obviously not!
