  • Any advice on waders?

    Hi all,

Right... I'm going to buy some waders for the beach but not sure the difference between Freshwater waders and Sea fishing waders! I was thinking of buying these from ebay for my first pair SHAKESPEARE WAIST WADERS ALL SIZES HERE on eBay (end time 23-Jan-11 14:15:22 GMT)

Also, Is it the shoe side you take = wader size also???

So what do people think? I don't want to break the bank but I'm still after value for money!

    Kenny.

when it comes to waders matey, get them the same size as your wellie etc

im a 12 trainer and a 12 in my waders.

go for the most expensive you can stretch to.
i got a cheap set of neoprene chesties, didnt want to pay over a 100quid for some.
2 month later i was back in the shop having to get the pair i didnt want to pay for earlier on.

best i can recomend are the snowbee granite neoprene waders and the sonik neoprene waders, they keep you dry, warm and have studs on the bottom if you venture onto the rocks ;D

I have Sonik and I really like them. They are comfortable and really warm. Quite expensive at £120, but I believe you get what you pay for though.
I'm a size 9 shoe and I got size 9 waders and there is plenty of room.
