  • planning trip out the morra with my son

    hi me and my son are wanting to get out the morra fishing but ive just read on here that roker pier is closed and thats were we were planning , any idears were else i can go we usually go in the tyne the thing is we have no rod rests ???

      hebburn marina, jarrow park, both have railings and clean ground.
      not all fishermen smell, just browny!!

              Try the rathouse corner, there are railings for rests and last week we got 17 fish from there between 4 of us (all on the small side and put back).

                  Phill, The "wheel" on the pier, No 80 is on the inside of the pier, not between the "south east corner" and the "blocks", just in case you want to amend the map.
