Fished hebburn marina yesterday with me old man.High tide about 2ish fished 3/o clipped down rig with ragworm as bait(thanks to reelsports Hebburn,nice worms). First hour a bit quiet then pulled in a codling to 3 1/2lb,bites continued which resulted in a few undersize which were returned to fight another day. Ended up with another 2 keepers 3lb & 2 1/2lb.
Me old man caught a few undersize,and an angler to the right of us had 3 keepers.
A lovely day to be out fishing,not a breath of wind and not too cold,apart from me tootsies.
Am now back home 220 miles south of the tyne and miles from the sea.
you lot don,t know how lucky you are living next to the sea. lol.
