    anyone know the results, i was on the phone to a lad who fished it and said 8lb something won, not sure how true this is though so dont hold me responsible if its not.

    i was out fishing tonight whitley pipe, guy fishing the open caught a 6lbish off there on the bend, he lost his tip of his century though so i hope he won some money. was pritty poor fishing though only 3 cod/codling caught and i had a codling 1.5lb which was returned.

      1st Steve (Stacey) Potts won with 5 fish for 8lb 14oz.

      2nd Ken West and heaviest fish 8lb 8oz

      3rd Chris Potts 5lb odd.

      It was Poor.
      The 'five plums!' Northumberland sea league champions.
