Rotten bottom/baitclip system

Quite some months ago a guy off this forum was selling a rotten bottom/bait clip system.
I was recycling some of my old rigs and came across some rigs with this system fitted,I'd forgot how good they worked but I cant remember who it was,can anybody remember him and do you have a link so I can get some more.
I think they were called easy link or canny link ???
