If anyone is thinking of spending £39.00 on a pair of Ron Thompson Pro Logic Rock Boots...Don\'t.
I bought a pair and ended up sending them back due to manufacturing faults. I\'ve just replaced them with a pair from a german company called Meindl (model called Solden). They cost £23 more than the Pro Logic but the difference in quality is out of this world.
The things that I\'m most pleased about is that the sole doesn\'t have too much \'flex\', they\'re incredibly comfortable for something so bulky, very warm, and the thermal insert (which has it\'s own velcro fastening and solid sole) doesn\'t slide around inside the boot whatsoever. Should be great for walking to any distance marks.
