decent place to fish

I am wanting to fish 2hrs before low tide and two hours after tommorow night but unsure where to fish. i am sick of fishing the river, so could someone possibly recommend me a decent place to fish tommorow, not rock marks though as dont want to risk them as i dont particularly like fishing them during the daytime so would definitely not want to fish them at night time., however the place must be near the metro as i have no transport.
