if you mean the blast beach , nothing has been happening there and with this water it might be unfishable , south end of the blast or the hive might fish , noses point 3 hours before and after high water (warning be very carefull fishing there especially in high winds or if the ground is very wet ) . south end hendon prom or 1 of the cliff marks around ryhope i.e. hill 60 or the target or ryhope dene . -
Sunday could be spot on, the current forecast is for light winds Saturday then getting up a bit Sunday North / North Easterly F3 gusting F4-5 (average 12mph gusting to 18mph). Sea will be away but unless the gusts are frequent it should be fishable.
