other than in the water, I can get out for about 4-5 hours on saturday morning from 8 am, HT is around 9am and is 4m, I have nt got any waders or a flotation suit ( but santa will be bringing some hopefully, as long as he does'nt find out i've been a right c**t this year ) but have got plenty of warm clothing and a good waterproof jacket.
I live in wallsend and dont particularly mind a bit of a drive north or south.
Was reading on here that the promenade in front of the rex can be good and is nt to snaggy, but will the tide be to low to fish this mark, i appreciate any suggestions, as I am getting a bit frustrated as am working all the time lately and can only seem to snatch the odd hour here or there to go fishing( still love getting out and I am not obsessed with catching but I like to go out and not have a timetable, I just like to decide to go home when i've ran out of bait or I have had enough ), and am only catching kelp lately, dont know if this is due to lack of planning, my basic gear or my general crapness.
