            Just driven by & it'll be way too big for the beach tonight - get yourself on the pier though (if you can tough out the wind & hail!) and I'd say there's a good chance of something good.

              REally want to get out but other people in line with yourself are saying same thing. NOT looked yet but fancied the north end to be more sheltered. oh well back to the drawing board...maybe the harbour

                    im gonna be out wednessday and thursday night hoping to get a couple of long sessions in just hope it pays off got a couple marks in mind

                      Swells are coming from the SE, so top end of the beach will be unfishable, but if the pier's bouncing on it's foundations there's a good chance of a lunker if you can tough out the forecast wind & hail! (Take a big windbreak)

                          Just been for a run down the coast and i think its wey 2 big 2 fish the nite i would keep your bait for wedensday when the sea drops off it will fish its t**s off
                          pb = boat - 24lb cod , 22lb ling ,11lb coalfish

                            decided to stay in with couple bottles of ale and think about going out tomorrow instead....save the bait until it settles a little - if its coming in from the SE that rules out north longsands for sure

                              The thing is, trying to bring up anything from the north facing side of the pier in weather like this is so hard, even a smaller fish gets bounced around in the white water...
