lynemouth tommorow

planning on fishing lynemouth during the daytime tommorow but unsure where is the best place to fish on the beach i have only fished there once before and i fished way to the left of the pipe and almost every cast i got snagged ( probably due to not going down at low water to see what i was fishing over) any help or pictures of right of the pipe at low water would be much appreciated, also would it be better to fish rotten bottoms or not.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
