  • Looking for new lines, help????

Few years ago, when i used to fish regular i liked the Ulitima/VFM Rough Diamond in 20lb, thin strong, snapped at the knot and didnt frey too easily.

Something simmilar is that F1, but i dont want to pay that kind of money. What lines can people recomend of low diameter for its strenght, around the 20lb breaking strain.
    Cheers.

Cant go wrong with diawa sensor mate, most people use it (me included) and it's not pricey either

got to agree with tall tony, used to use f1 myself but found the knot strength not so good, just my opinion though.

Suffix Tritanium is probably the best line I've ever used - excellent knot strength and abrasion resistance, nice to cast with too. Ultima distance is not bad either. If you want a low diameter to b/s the Sakuma Night Crystal is pretty good - the 20lbs comes out at .37mm.
