For easy fishing go to the ramp, take a tripod at high tide and give it a chuck. dont have to be experienced at chucking or have fancy rod /reels , 30 yards will do better than casting to norway at times. bit of a pain retrieving your "catch" because of the rocks but you never know what the ramp will chuck up!
If you dont know where it is drive through north blyth till you get to the big red silos, there is a rail crossing on the left. go over it immediately turn left and park at the top. me and lolipop will be there on thursday night from 8ish if you fancy some banter while the crabs strip the bait..lol
If you turn right when you get over the railway track it will take you to the Binns ( or the siloes ) look to the left theres a flat area cast from the top. But you only need to cast about 50 - 60yds that will put you in the deep water with a sandy bottom, and when you pull in go down the little steep slope. It fishes best on rougher seas but its always worth a chuck after dark. 2up - 2down on small high tides when the Big tides are on 3hrs up & down.
