I fished Lynemouth yesterday from 5pm until around 11pm and all I caught was a small codling which was returned. Everyone seem to leave early - nothing biting at all. It's the first time I've been out in a while and it was disappointing to see the amount of rubbish being left, seabait boxes, foil, old line etc - no wonder we get some bad press at times!

Hard lines m8 but at least you didnt blank, i fished Amble last night 5pm till 10pm a couple of small codling and a few under size coalies but its better than standing all night without a bite. When i first got to the mark three lads were just leaving and they had fish so thought champion chance of fish after dark but no keepers roll on some more big seas.
