you should of said something, or did what used to be done to puppies during training, rub their nose in it. Got no time for so called dog owners who let their dog run riot and shxte all over the place. The same way I have no time for so called anglers who leave a mess.

i had the a similar problem a couple of weeks ago on cambois beach...2 dogs.. there owner was on the ramp and they seemed to have the run of the entire beach...yet they loved running over my line 6 times before i shouted a loud profanity...as to which the owner collected them and greatfully moved on..''ah peace''...30 mins later 2 labradors run right up to me sniffing round...i was about to shout another profanity when 2 nice blondes who must have used scissors on there tshirts came running over (in slow motion in my mind)...being very appologetic which calmed me down 100%...caught nothing but had a huge smile on my face for the rest of the day lol

Apparently describing the two masters of angling journalism,Mr Charlton & Mr Harris as elderly gentleman in an early post has offended someone. If the two gentleman mentioned have been offended by remarks my humble apologies to you both.
If on the other hand its someone other than the two esteemed journalist, mind your own business.

If i'm fishing when the dog walkers are about, I hang my box and bait bucket on my tripod, it stops the little ........darlings from peeing on everything and being a nuisance.
