  • braid---max pro

    anyone heard of this braid,bought a ultegra with this on in 30lb ,anyone use it ?.think its just a cheap braid so ill bin it if no good

    Its a bit flat the profile, but decent i have a few spools in the 20lb its decent for clean ground,

        It's a medium quality braid, better than the cheap Chinese stuff but not as good as Spiderwire etc. It is coated and decent quality and not prone to wind knots. I've used it in 20lb and 30lb with no problems.

              I made a mistake mate, the stuff I get is called Maxx Power. It is good line for the money and comes in 400m spools.
