high water from what I've been told...however am yet to fish it myself and find out properly ...before the season is out it will get a visitation though

I'l have to give it a go myself,though not for a fortnight or so i'm off to Edinburgh, not for a jolly, fecking work, always gets in the way of fishing dunnit Thanks for the response anyway mate.

low tide uncovers other marks?

i know a few marks with-in a good chucking distance of the point.
