Whats the best way to go from lug worm to runnydown?
I have some big black buggers from digging last night which i burst and gutted this morning.Ive used runny down before but this is the first time ive burst and gutted them.
Once the worm is gutted is it ok to prepare them to freeze as they seem to stiffen up or do you have to wait until they loosen off???
The only fish i want this year is a double figured cod!!!

Why Freeze?! If u keep in paper then wrap in cling film they will keep for a week or so! Heads down in fridge....

Eh? Doesn't everyone have a bait fridge, some even let their wives use it for milk and stuff.
