    The bbc have hight tide as being 14.41 tomorrow and 5.3 m, i can only get out between 10am till 5pm, friends in the past have told me to avoid big tides but they dont particularly know any more than me ( which is'nt much ), and i can only get out tomorrow, were do you's think i should try and what tactics / gear should i use i live in wallsend but dont mind travelling a bit, any advice is greatly appreciated.

    high tide is 15-41pm you have to add an hour to both high & low water till the clocks go back end of the month, dont forget to do this cos if your fishing a low tide mark where the water tends to sneak in behind you, you will be stranded. and putting a location of where your wanting to fish helps.

        High tide today going off the tide book and easytide prediction for Blyth is 15-40pm - 5.3m. River tyne North Shields 15-46pm - 5.3m.

          getting back to your actual question I'd fish crawleys down in cullorcoats. heavy groung. crab/mussel/rag baits.
