Right 1 of me rods is stuck together and has been since xmas last year haha, i was fishing when we had that boat load of snow coming down, i couldnt get it apart so i drove home with it like that :/ , anyways its been sitting there since then and fancy getting it apart, whats the best way to do this before i go trying things, its a anyfish anywhere rock if that helps.
any andvice appreciated
hi mate try wearing thoose gloves with the really good grip, they worked for my mates rod last year. He tryed everything and when we put thoose on came apart .
happend to me and a mate other week , we simply put a bit of washing up liquid in the spigot left it for about 30 mins so it seeped in, 30 mins latter we got hold of the rod pulled and hey presto came apart.
get two people, one twists the top half of the rod one way and the other twists the other, i've had that problem with me afaw before even without the snow.
Take the but cap of ,using the rod rest leg put it up the middle of the blank you should be able to nock it out with out any great force or doing any damage to the rod, i had to do it one time as i was out fishing by myself and had the same problem and no one to help me take it apart, and it does work, you can only do it if the spigot is thinner on the tip section and they are on the anyfish rods.

Give it a good soak in wd 40,then when trying to pull it apart pour boiling water onto the female part of the spigot.might take a couple of goes if it's been stuck for a few month mate, but don't go mad an it will come apart in the end trust me I'm a brain surgeon LOL
