    Just had a look on webcam - that sea is fairly kicking up!

    That should be an ideal job for summer fishing, there are some good marks just south of where you are now past the little shingle beach/ cove. There is no need to be travelling to Dunstonborugh if you are not going that way anyway. I know it was mentioned in a previous post but you didnt have your location up and most of the lads on here are travelling up this way for summer cod, pollock etc. fishing so that is an ideal mark for them as closer to home.

    Yes i just pre-make them and clip them on. That leader is for wear purposes and saving braid, plus as mentioned the fluro is invisible. Leaders you might see mentioned in posts for beachcasting etc. are for power casting safety purposes so will be 60lbs + breaking strain.

      Looking like a good day today

      Hardly no swell out there at all by too much wind some bright sun and a few clouds as off yet get out of work for 5pm; so I'll probably beable to catch the tide at mid tide on the way out;

      I had a walk around to the cannons on low tide yesterday to have a look certainly a spot for high tide im guessing haha.

      Now where to go for a little fishy fishy!
