Fished Blyth beach regularly and never heard of any trouble, not saying that there hasn't been, put your car in the Astley car park if you want to be a bit more secure.

They were probably just trying to look "hard" ifyou had took a wobbler they would have **** themselves!

leave nothing in the motor to pinch, they wont bother unles you leave the sat nav or something in view. dont leave the car somewhere isolated as the other lad said park it at the astley.

dont give them the oppertunity to take anything, im from blyth and park my car all along the beach front, the sluice etc and have never had any bother.
best place to park is the astley arms car park as already stated. there is cctv there, but i wouldnt bank on that making it safe.
best to call the cops and mention anything if it happens, they are clamping down on scumbags in blyth

that would have been the phantom ****ter that haunts the dunes.

or one of the batty boys that hang about in their cars waiting to pounce on other batty boys.

or a case of mistaken identity, ronnie cambell the mp for blyth drives a jag, someone might have thought it was his and curled one off on the bonnet.
