    was thinking of getting a pair of these from sundridge any good ???

    Very warm but I find that:

    1. The thermal sock sock moves around in the welly.
    2. The thermal sock has an uncanny knack of removing your socks!

    If I\'m not on rocks I wear these:



    They are just as warm (if not more so) and great for walking any distance in. They aren\'t fully waterproof though.

      So so warm, i have a set.

      I amlso find the same about the thermal sock fighting witht he normal sock and wining everytime

        Go & get em Bri, tha class m8 I\'ve had mine for a couple of years now & tha gr8 for walkin up Piers & excellent for a quick beach shot on a cowld neet.
        Highly recommended!

          got some Bri best thing i ever bought,got mine off ebay cheap as chips when I got mine paid £17.50 inc post.Mayford Angling on ebay.I was adviced to buy the next some up from my normal shoe size,but may have got away with buying my correct size,your call m8

              What are they like on wet rock? I\'ve got a not cheap pair of Columbia boots similar to Mikes and they are like ice skates on anything, ANYTHING. Best grip I get off is from the cheapo boots on the end of me Snowbees.

                  Dunno Ell,i use my walking boots on the rocks or waders depending on the weather,think it might shag them out,i\'ll have a go at the weekend, seem ok on the tread

                      For rocks Ell I use Snowbee spike sole wading boots - absolutely awesome! Unfortunately they have stopped making them (they bombed) but they are flogging the remaining boots off cheap:

                      If you don\'t have stocking foot neoprene waders just wear some neoprene socks with then to keep your feet dry.

                          not planning on getting that deep alan lol me sundridge flotation suit should be here this weekend so theyl be worn undernieth that hopefully that lot combined will keep me warm and dry oh and me £16 a pair thermal socks ,i was gob smacked when i seen the price of them lol ,but it was buy one get one free at blacks in the toon
