Just been through to Game Fishing Supplies Morpeth whom have sorted out a problem I had with a pair of Ron Thompson crosswater waders that I bought from them about 4 weeks ago, very helpful indeed & would recommend them to anyone that requires any fishing gear, The saleman could not have been more helpfull if he tried, I explained my problem over the phone, then took the ron thompson waders back to the shop in morpeth & explained what problems I was having with them, the outcome was that I was able to pay the extra & exchange them for the Greys grxi neoprene waders after trying them on in the shop to make sure that the problems I found in the ron thompson ones, were not in the grey's waders.
Also got my nesa 10% off, so im more than happy with the excellent service.
I will also now be wearing the waders !

credit where credit is due, many of us seem to foget to mention the good service & deals we get, but we always seem to mention the bad service deals.
As I have said today the service was spot on, very helpfull.
