Hi all, can anyone tell me if the pipe is worth trying at low tide tomorrow for a spot of Mackerel fishing. I haven't fished it in years and as such I'm a bit out of touch. Any help would be much appreciated.

Sorry for the delay in responding (haven't been on here for some time) I didn't bother with the pipe after all that I bombed up to Blyth pier and still had nothing in the end.Comment

spent 4 /5 hours on the pipe yesterday ( Thurs 6th )
we had the usuall selection of bait, the weather was ok a little
to windy for me,
Caught bugger all, not even a bite, saw a few sea trout jumping and
had a few casts with a spinner and so did my mate Col , nothing
the guy up from us caught 2 mackerel on a spinner, but that was it
best part was listening to the Test Match on the radio,,, cheersTichComment
