  • Out tomorrow

Yes,as long as nothing gets in the way i am out tomorrow morning as its a good low tide.
Fancy either the rocks at Cambois or poss Peeping Toms at Blyth.
Ages since i have been out so really looking forward to it.
Taking two rods and bottom fishing on one and a lighter rod for some float fishing. Float fishing is something i have never tried for a long time so looking forward to it.
Down side is i will have to do my gym session early doors to fit everything in that day.

Wondering with the wind picking up and being Northerly if the sea will be too rough for float fishing tomorrow.
    Any advice?

i would think float fishing may be out of the question mate with the northerly due the sea is going to get up and float fishing may not be possible, infact not knowing the area if its a open fishing spot then id say defo forget float fishing !

Fished it today. Started of just opp where the pier starts and had huge problems with drifting weed.
Moved to behind the third windmill and had 4 fish out of the kelp, all on frozen crab and all under size, doubt there was one above a pound. When the sun came out the bites dried up so headed home.

I did think it was going to be a blank day.
Was chatting to a guy who told me that the bailiff had been out on the rocks on Sunday looking for pots with undersize lobsters in them.
Was also told he caught a guy at W/bay with 17 undersized and apart from making him put them back no action was taking.
Wouldn't have thought that was going to deter people
