Some canny piccs there but lots of them seem to be wrongly labeled. One of the Horden piccs is actually the Boating Bay north of Easington, the one called Horden Long looks suspiciously like the Blast to me and one of the Blackhall piccs looks like Dene Holm Horden.
As I said good piccs mindCLIP IT AND WHACK IT

Plenty of decent size Whiting caught that day, don't remember any codling but do remember it was a canny trek back up the cliff to the car. It is an isolated mark and not somewhere to fish alone.
Sure other lads will be able to give more info.

No mate you are thinking of Mucky Bay. The Boating Bay is just north of Easington. There is a right turn (heading north) just before the old dog track IIRC, you follow that for a mile or so until it comes to an end, then there is a footpath that crosses the train tracks and leads down to the beach. It is a smallish bay with rocky skeers to the north and south, fairly deep water I think but as I say only fished it the once years ago.
Mucky Bay is an excellent mark, or at least it used to be back in the day.CLIP IT AND WHACK IT
