Thinking on heading out tomorrow morning - early hours first light to try & get some mackerel for winter bait, is anywhere fishing at the moment ?
Seems like they are getting later each year, I want to get my winter bait in before the yobs get out of bed !
I was fishing st abbs about 3 weeks ago with a couple of mates and we had about 35 - 40 between us. We kept 10 and returned the rest. To be honest thats were i would go if ya want mackerel mate or eyemouth, these mark arnt chocka block with anglers and chavs. Its also more relaxing than the likes of blyth pier in my opinion.
thanks lads, thinking of cambois to tell the truth, the chavs will be sleeping of the drink & drugs when im out in the morning - or they will be out robbing, they wont be where im going !
