  • My first lure caught Bass

    Had a couple of hours down the rock edges today hunting for my first lure caught Bass and managed to bag myself a nice plump 2 pounder.i've caught them on bait before but this is my first lure caught one.Hopefully not my last.
    sorry about the pic will try better next time.

      Well done mate. What lure did you use? I've only had one on lures this year. Lost a couple the other night though. Should pick up from now on though.

        I tried a couple of assorted lures first off a flying sea.then a popper but it finally came with a green and white stinger.

            Well done mate! i don,t think you can beat a lure caught fish,just the buzz you get from stalking or on the drop fishing,

                A great result. Coming back home tomorrow to Whitley Bay for a short stay. Will be having a bash myself if conditions are ok.
