    got at the pier st about six am me and my mate headed straight to the end baited up first chuck came back with an 8 inch coalie half an hour latter had another coalie about the same size as the first then came dab with was about the size of me hand after that i had 1 codling and 1 rockling. 2 coalies and the codling had swolled the hook and and died all in all good day except from the wind and the little bit of rain packed up at a 11:00am and headed home no photos me hand were to cold to take pictures lol

    nearly went up there meself this morning but decided to go to the british airways car park instead only had 1 eel and a crab wish i had went to blyth at least u got some fish

      it was canny hard work like the wind was almost unberable and then it started to rain it was like winter again but aleast you did not blank

        Aye it was certainly cold on the end of there this morning!
        Saturday morning freezing cold and you and ur mate stuck it out.Well done lads it shows ur passion for fishing and well done on the catches!!
        The only fish i want this year is a double figured cod!!!

              i fished british airways carpark last night, caught loads of eels some were massive, afew plaice biggest 37cm and some colies
