search on google diferent spots and there will be many links to help out, if your not sure you could just turn up with typical baits (rag, lug etc.) and give them a try, search for species on google aswell and it will come up with times of day to catch them and prefered baits.

In the winter, lug, Yellow's preferably. Thats if you going for cod like.
Species: Cod, Bass, Coalie, Flounder, Dab, Rockling, Mackerel, Plaice, Pollock, Ballen Wrasse, L/S Scorpion, Common Blenny, Weaver (unfortunately), Whiting, Common Eel, Trout, Pike... think that's it

Lug is the staple bait like rag in the summer, rag and mack for the flatties, rag for pollock, coalie, wrasse. Lug for winter, Cod cocktails Lug with mussle, squid, crab, clam you name it... nice BIG 6/0 7/0 pennel pulley rig with lug and whatever else bound to it. Oh yeah lol

                  never fished it mate, sorry.

I do know that if your fishing any pier you better make sure that the seas too rough. It's amazing how quick a wave can wash you off

Roker Pier in the winter is an easy one........best bait is yellow tails.....you can tip it off with crab etc if you want but I haven't noticed a lot of difference. I used to fish a certain place on the roundhead in certain conditions, and my mate and I almost always caught fish
